EFXU (XU) European standard crossed roller bearings
The inner and outer rings of this type of crossed cylindrical roller bearing are of the integral structure, and the end face is designed with mounting holes, which can be directly installed on the end face; the cylindrical rollers are arranged in two 90°V-shaped raceways at an angle of 90° 1:1. The cylindrical rollers are separated by spacers. This kind of bearing has a compact structure, so that a set of bearings can bear radial load, axial load and overturning load at the same time, while ensuring structural rigidity, which is greatly simplified. Shafting structure design; most bearings can be pre-loaded before leaving the factory, which further facilitates installation and maintenance work. XU series crossed roller bearing is both inner ring and outer ring integrated type crossed roller bearing. Bearings are arranged between the vertically arranged rollers in the bearing to prevent the tilting of the rollers and the mutual friction between the rollers, reducing the rotational torque. In addition, compared with the previous use of steel plate cages, there will be no roller contact or locking phenomenon on one side.
